INQUEST TODAY COULD SOLVE CASE OF MYSTERIOUS BODY

first_imgAn inquest begins this morning to attempt to identify a body which was washed up off the coast of Donegal almost 30 years ago.The inquest, which will open under Coroner John Cannon, is expected to hear a number of depositions.Among those depositions is expected to be Letterkenny man Jim McGlynn who believes the body could be that of his late brother Noel who went missing in June, 1983. Detectives have already taken DNA samples from Mr McGlynn in a bid to make a possible match with the deceased man. However it is thought the body from the grave in Dunfanaghy will have to be exhumed if this is to be carried out. This decision will ultimately be taken by the coroner John Cannon.EndsINQUEST TODAY COULD SOLVE CASE OF MYSTERIOUS BODY was last modified: October 7th, 2011 by StephenShare this:Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pocket (Opens in new window)Click to share on Telegram (Opens in new window)Click to share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)Click to share on Skype (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window) Tags:DunfanaghyinquestJIm McGlynnmissingNoel McGlynnlast_img read more
